電子化異味感測器開發與評析計畫(2/2)

中文摘要   環境部已訂定「固定污染源空氣污染物排放標準」管制空氣中污染物,其中異味污染物分析方法係使用國家環境研究院公告之「異味污染物官能測定法-三點比較式嗅袋法」(NIEA A201),但採樣及分析過程之條件較為嚴格,故本計畫擬評估異味污染物電子感測器之可行技術,採集常被陳情異味之區域(如畜牧業、工業區、餐飲業等)同步以異味污染物電子感測器與公告方法之嗅覺判別比較,評估異味污染物電子感測器未來應用於環境異味檢測可行性。   本計畫研究流程規劃其中包含廣邀感測器廠商參與及實場採樣分析,實場採樣分析共分為兩階段,最後依執行成果評估電子化異味感測器實場應用可行性,研擬異味污染物電子感測器之可行技術。   今年度完成廣邀感測器廠商參與,確認使用儀器共三臺包含翕澤科技有限公司的GROD臭味偵測器;儕仕實業有限公司的Cosmos電子鼻氣味偵測器(型號:XP-329ⅢR);辛耘企業股份有限公司的WT1 outdoor air monitoring site;實場採樣分析,以臺中市、彰化縣及雲林縣環境保護局提供之111年異味陳情資料作為依據,完成各場域11點次採樣地點、時間擇定,並完成各場域11點次兩批次採樣,共66點次實場採樣分析與儀器檢測,並額外完成33點次補充測試。   經分析與檢測成果中,結果皆無相關性趨勢,判斷以現有市售電子化異味感測器尚未能夠直接取代三點比較式嗅袋法,在直接取代三點比較式嗅袋法為不可行。

The project of developing and analyzing electronic sensor for odor (2/2)

英文摘要   The Ministry of Environment has formulated "Standards for Stationary Sources Air Pollutants Emission Standards " to control pollutants in the air. Among them, the odor pollutant analysis method uses the "Odor Pollutant Determination Method-Three Points Comparative Sensing Bag Method" announced by the National Environmental Research Institute. ” (NIEA A201), but the conditions for the sampling and analysis process are very strict. This project intends to evaluate the portable technology of electronic sensors for odors in the Middle East to collect odors in areas where odors are often reported (such as animal husbandry, industrial areas, catering industries etc.)) Simultaneously compare the sensory perception discrimination of the odor Hunan electronic sensor and the announcement method to evaluate the odor Hunan electronic sensor's future evaluation of environmental odor detection and smell.   The research process planning of this project includes inviting sensor manufacturers to participate and field sampling analysis. The field sampling analysis is divided into two stages. Finally, the feasibility of the field application of electronic odor sensors will be evaluated based on the implementation results, and a plan will be developed. This year, sensor manufacturers have been invited to participate, and a total of three instruments have been confirmed to be used, including the GROD taste detector of Green River Technology INC., the Cosmos electronic nose odor detector (model: XP-329ⅢR) of Auto Art Engineering Company, WT1 outdoor air monitoring site of SCIENTECH CORPORATION.The on-site sampling locations are selected from 111 years of odor information provided by the Environmental Protection Agency of Taichung City, Changhua County and Yunlin County as a spot check. We completed two batches of 11 points of sampling in each field, a total of 66 points of field sampling analysis and instrument testing, and an additional 33 points of supplementary testing.   After analysis and testing results, there is no correlation trend in the results. It is judged that the existing commercially available electronic odor sensors have not been able to directly replace the three-point comparison sniffing bag method, and it is low probability to directly replace the three-point comparison sniffing bag method.
