廢車拆解循環利用與低碳商業運作模式應用之研發

中文摘要 近年來,隨著社會進步,汽機車輛成為不可或缺的交通工具。政府為妥善回收處理,建立了廢車回收處理體系,包含減徵貨物稅促使民眾加速汰換舊車,而前環保署則積極建立廢車回收體系,確保回收程序符合規範。目前的廢汽車回收流程包括拆解、回收輪胎、鉛蓄電池、潤滑油等,並將有價物品售予二手零件市場,其餘部分交由粉碎廠處理。然而,於拆解車輛及後端處置方式所排放溫室氣體,仍需應對氣候變遷趨勢。 本計畫參考ISO 14064及14067標準,實際盤查廢車回收商的溫室氣體排放及二手零件碳足跡盤查。將報廢車拆解流程進行分類,估算碳排放數值,進而探討減碳效益。進一步評估廢車拆解過程碳排放,找出碳排熱點,提出解決方案。計畫結果顯示每部廢車運輸、拆解及後運輸碳排量約176.9 kg-CO2e,其中以冷媒逸散量占81.97%最大。二手零件碳排量較新品低,以引擎及傳動軸為例,單位拆解碳排放量約為17 kg-CO2e,約為新品之碳排放量1/34。顯示二手零件市場對減碳有正面效益,MFCA分析結果於廢鐵部分有獲利空間,將物質流與金流合併分析具有其正面效益。

Recycling research and development of waste car from dismantling and application of low-carbon business operation model

英文摘要 In recent years, with the advancement of society, motor vehicles have become an indispensable mode of transportation. To properly recycle and handle these vehicles, the government has established a waste vehicle recycling system. This includes tax reduction policies to accelerate the replacement of old vehicles by the public, and the former Environmental Protection Agency actively establishing a waste vehicle recycling system to ensure that the recycling process complies with regulations. The current waste vehicle recycling process includes dismantling, recycling tires, lead-acid batteries, lubricating oil, etc., and selling valuable items to the second-hand parts market, with the rest being handled by the crushing plant. However, greenhouse gases emitted during the dismantling of vehicles and end-of-life disposal methods still need to address climate change trends. This project refers to the ISO 14064 and 14067 standards, and actually checks the greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint of waste vehicle recyclers. The scrapped vehicle dismantling process is classified, and the carbon emission value is estimated to explore the carbon reduction benefits. Further evaluate the carbon emissions during the dismantling process of waste vehicles, find out the hot spots of carbon emissions, and propose solutions. The project results show that the carbon emissions of each waste vehicle transportation, dismantling, and post-transportation are about 176.9 kg-CO2e, of which the refrigerant dissipation accounts for the largest proportion of 81.97%. The carbon emissions of second-hand parts are lower than those of new ones. Taking the engine and transmission shaft as an example, the unit dismantling carbon emission is about 17 kg-CO2e, which is about 1/34 of the carbon emission of new products. It shows that the second-hand parts market has a positive effect on carbon reduction, and the MFCA analysis results have profit space in the waste iron part, and the combined analysis of material flow and cash flow has its positive benefits.
