The project implementation period is from July 26, 2023 to March 31, 2024 . Its primary goal was to integrate innovative business service models with interdisciplinary cooperation, utilizing a variety of marketing tools combined with modern trends to design diverse promotional materials. This approach aimed to make policy advocacy more relatable to the public, achieve a greater response, and focus on planning marketing projects related to policy highlights to effectively disseminate issues, increase exposure, and enhance promotional effectiveness. The main outcomes include: (1) Conducting physical source reduction advocacy activities to strengthen the promotion of the source reduction concept among various groups, advocating for environmentally friendly practices such as bringing reusable cups and utensils. (2) Diverse marketing and promotion designs, using KOL/KOC marketing, promotional pamphlets, theme cheat sheets, and policy promotional videos as online promotional materials, to increase reach through targeted marketing characteristics. (3) Media emergency response and administrative cooperation projects, assisting public relations interfaces in grasping the direction of public sentiment to facilitate rapid responses by the department, while also cooperating with business units to handle temporary or emergency media issues and other ad hoc tasks.
