112年度高雄市推動固體再生燃料(SRF)物料資源循環計畫
| 中文摘要 | 近年廢棄物能源化政策中的SRF議題，是環境部積極推動之重點議題。高雄市為配合環境部推動廢棄物能源化及淨零排碳等相關政策，於本計畫訂定編撰「高雄市循環經濟策略白皮書 廢塑膠能源回收篇」，藉以推動資源循環，減少空污及碳排放、推動高熱值廢棄物燃料化，建立廢棄物資源化體系，減少生煤使用、推廣高熱值廢棄物燃料化相關政策，建構廢棄物多元化處理等3項主要目標。 具體而言，本計畫驗證SRF品質，建立轄內SRF基線資料，並針對SRF製造端及使用端進行查核輔導，期能減少焚化負荷及焚化底渣與飛灰量、推動適燃性廢棄物之能源化再利用、減少煙煤使用量及碳排放量等多重效益。 | ||

2023 Kaohsiung city promotes solid recovery fuel (SRF) material resource recycling Plan
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, Solid Recovery Fuel (SRF) has been a key issue actively promoted by the Ministry of Environment for waste to energy policy. In order to cooperate with the Ministry of Environment's policies on waste to energy and net zero carbon emissions, Kaohsiung City has formulated a "Kaohsiung City Circular Economy Strategy White Paper (with the theme of plastic energy recovery)" to promote resource recycling, reduce air pollution and carbon emissions, and promote the fuel conversion of high calorific value waste, establish a waste resource utilization system, reduce the use of coal, promote policies related to the fuel utilization of high calorific value waste, and construct diversified waste treatment, to achieve the above three goals. Specifically, this plan includes verifying the quality of SRF, establishing baseline data for SRF, and conducting check and counseling on the manufacturing and usage ends of SRF, with the aim of reducing incineration load and quantity of incineration bottom slag and fly ash, promoting waste to energy reuse of waste suitable for combustion, reducing the use of coal and carbon emissions, and other multiple benefits. | ||
