鉻金屬同位素應用於地下水污染源鑑識之可行性研究(1/2)

中文摘要 本研究欲建立國內土壤地下水重金屬鉻同位素檢測技術,並應用於環境污染來源鑑識之可行性研究,提供多污染來源鑑別之科學證據協助判斷及鑑定污染的責任歸屬,作為環境法律訴訟佐證之一。本研究依計畫目標完成工作內容,包含:(1)蒐集國內土壤及地下水重金屬污染場址資料,盤點相關鑑識需求。(2)針對土污法管制重金屬項目,蒐集研析國內外金屬穩定同位素於土壤或地下水等環境中來源解析、過程追蹤及相關應用的文獻資料。(3)建置初步的同位素特徵資料庫,並初擬金屬穩定同位素應用於污染場址的技術發展規劃。(4)蒐集研析鉻同位素前處理與檢測方法參考文獻,建立土壤及水中鉻同位素檢測技術。(5)撰寫「鉻同位素特徵應用於污染場址之判讀指引」草案,並擇1處污染場址做實場應用之初探及可行性評估。

Feasibility Study of Chromium Metal Isotopes for Groundwater Pollution Source Identification (1/2)

英文摘要 This study aims to establish a domestic detection technique for chromium isotope in soil and groundwater. It also seeks to explore the feasibility of applying this technique for source identification at comtaminated sites. The objective was to provide scientific evidence to assist in the identification of multiple pollution sources and the attribution of responsibility. This evidence can be utilized as support in environmental legal proceedings. We have completed the items in accordance with the project objectives, including (1) Collecting data on heavy metal contaminated sites in domestic soil and groundwater, and taking stock of relevant forensic requirements. (2) Gathering and analyzing data on the source identification of stable metal isotope in soil or groundwater environments, with a foucus of the regulation of heavy metals under soil and groundwater pollution remediation act. (3) Establishing a initial isotope characteristic database, and draftng a technical development for the application of stable metal isotopes to contaminated sites. (4) Reviewing and summarizing the references regarding the analytical techniques and applications of stable chromium isotope for source idenfication of contaminated soil and groudwater. (5) Drafting a "Guidelines for the Interpretation of Chromium Isotope Characteristics in Contaminated Sites", and select one contaminated site for on-site appplication and feasibility assessment.
