建立空氣檢測數據鑑識技術

中文摘要 為維持空氣品質監測車檢測儀器之精確性及可靠性,國家環境研究院實行建立空氣檢測數據鑑識技術計畫。 本計畫工作期程自民國112 年3 月16 日起至民國112 年12 月31 日止。本年度總計辦理空品車監測設備實場稽核36 場次、稽核說明會2 場次、空品車設備品保稽核系統技術課程1 場次、完成編撰檢測機構空品檢測設備稽核作業技術手冊、NIEA-PA109(草案)、制訂數據審核規範與鑑識技術,於計畫工作期程內完成合約要求工作項目。 統計分析36 場次稽核結果,未符合環境部公告方法品管有2 場(2 項次),未符合空氣品質監測之稽核數據品質目標共有14 場次(21 項次)。稽核不滿意儀器類別以氣象儀器-風速有5 項次,占比21.7%最高。其次分別為臭氧(O3)分析儀4 項次(占比17.4%)、氮氧化物分析儀4 項次(占比17.4%)、動態稀釋校正器4 項次(占比17.4%)次多。

Air detection data identification technology to establish

英文摘要 In order to maintain the accuracy and reliability of inspection instrument which are setting in air quality monitoring vehicle,National Environmental Research Academy(NERA) commissioned Envimac Technology and Consultants Corporation to implement the “Building Air quality monitoring data verification technology“ project。 This project implementation period was from March 16,2023 to December 31, 2023. The descriptions of the summary of results are as follows. As of December 31, 2023, 2 seminar for Air quality monitoring vehicle auditing procedure, 1 training course for quality assurance and auditing system of air quality monitoring vehicle, and 36 air quality monitoring vehicle auditing sessions were executed. Furthermore, this project also compile the auditing procedure technical handbook for Air quality monitoring instrument, NIEA PA-109 draft. and formulate Air quality data auditing specifications and verification technology. Base on results of 36 air quality monitoring vehicle auditing sessions, statistical analysis indicate that 2 air quality monitoring instrument didn’t meet the method requirements, 14 air quality monitoring instrument didn’t meet the data quality requirements. Instrument category which didn’t meet equirements more often are as follows, Meteorological instrument-wind speed has 5 itimes , Accounting for the highest proportion of 21.7%. Ozone (O3) analyzer, NOx/NO/NO2 analyzer and Dynamic dilution corrector all has 4 itimes (Accounting for 17.4%).
