| 英文摘要 | To overturn the traditional thinking on domestic waste management and align with international technological developments, the Ministry of Environmental (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) launched the " Waste Multi-treatment Plan " from the year 2017 to 2022. The program established the policy direction for general waste treatment, fostering continuous collaboration with local governments to enhance the efficiency of existing treatment facilities, establish proprietary waste treatment facilities, elevate domestic waste treatment technology, and progressively build a comprehensive recycling economy system while promoting industrial development. The main achievements of this program include: (1) Strengthening the execution strategy planning for general waste treatment and reuse, (2) Evaluation and review of the integrated park promotion for local general waste treatment, (3) Integration of the results of the Waste Multi-treatment plan and the continuation of the second phase of the Waste Multi-treatment plan, (4) Proposing an evaluation plan and procurement document template for the joint supply contract of commonly used special machinery. | ||
