新北市-112年度資源循環工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫協助環保局執行112年度資源回收推動及形象改造計畫等相關工作,執行至112年11月30日止工作內容如下: 在資源回收業務相關工作部分,資源垃圾量904,801公噸、廚餘回收量87,578公噸、一般廢棄物產生量1,565,061公噸,並於112年3月31日及10月16日辦理資源回收推動策略或成果檢討分析說明會,考核執行成果自評取得111分,落實計畫工作管理及資收推廣作業,確保各項資料皆準時提交。 在更新及維護本市資源回收資訊、資源回收申報系統網頁部分,每月執行1次主機log檔備份,以及統計每月使用人數並持續協助維護新北市資源回收申報網申報功能。 在調查機關指定地點之垃圾分類及資源回收排出情形部分,已於112年2月17日提交社區輔導列冊名單,統計至112年11月30日,本計畫完成69處分類標示及860處社區輔導,辦理21場次社區資源回收說明會議,深入輔導社區進行資源回收分類改善,拍攝資源循環業務影片5分鐘以上及30秒版本影片各1支,本年度總計輔導10處社區進行改善作業,並協助改善7處機關指定地點進行形象改造。 在媒體行銷活動部分,總計完成21式環保相關宣傳露出,辦理11場次源回收宣導兌換活動,本年度累計回收16,210個寶特瓶、4,862個鐵鋁罐、1,920個玻璃杯、3,779個紙杯、1,081個塑膠飲料杯、農藥廢容器65個,合計27,917個回收物,合計1849人參與。在本市資源回收推動策略或成果檢討分析說明會部分,已完成2場次,配合辦理環境部手機回收月於112年10月份辦理手機回收兌換。 另本年度加強高壓容器及廢乾電池宣導,設計2款文宣及漫畫結合露營用品店、賣場辦理6場次高壓容器及廢乾電池宣導活動, 並於三重及中和區隊放置宣傳海報之壓克力看板,以利區隊進行宣傳。 本計畫秉持盡心全力之精神,配合局端執行資源回收推動及形象改造業務,協助環保局取得佳績,透過以上工作讓局端可充分瞭解資源回收變化,掌握本市社區、機關、學校、風景區等資源回收物流向,輔導社區進行資源回收形象改造,以利提升本市資源回收成效。

New Taipei City-112 Annual Resource Circulation Work Plan

英文摘要 This project supports the Environmental Protection Department in the implementation of the 2023 Annual Resource Recycling Implementation and Image Transformation Project with its related tasks. The work was conducted until November 30, 2023, with the following details: In the section related to resource recycling, the city's resource waste amounted to 904,801 metric tons, kitchen waste recycling reached 87,578 metric tons, and general waste totaled 1,565,061 metric tons, and Meetings for the review and analysis of resource recycling promotion strategies or results were held on March 31 and October 16 of 2023. The self-assessment of the project's execution performance obtained a score of 111. The implementation of project management and resource collection promotion operations was carried out, ensuring the timely submission of all relevant data. In the aspect of updating and maintaining the city's resource recycling information and the webpage of the resource recycling declaration system, a monthly backup of the main server log file is performed. Additionally, the number of users is compiled regularly each month. The project continues to assist in maintaining and improving the New Taipei City Resource Recycling Declaration website and its reporting functions. Regarding the classification of garbage and the discharge status of resource recycling at designated locations investigated by the authorities, the community guidance registration list was submitted on February 17, 2023. The statistics are up to November 30, 2023. The project has completed the classification labeling of 69 locations and provided community guidance at 860 locations. 21 community resource recycling explanation meetings were conducted, offering in-depth guidance to improve resource recycling classification in the community. Additionally, videos promoting the resource recycling were produced, comprising one video with a duration of over 5 minutes and another with a 30-second version. Throughout the year, a total of 10 communities were guided to improve their operations, and assistance was provided to enhance the image of 7 designated locations managed by institutions. In the aspect of media marketing activities, a total of 21 environmental protection-related promotional exposures were completed. 11 resource recycling advocacy exchange events were organized, with a total of 1,849 participants. Additionally, in this fiscal year, efforts were heightened to promote awareness regarding high-pressure containers and waste dry batteries. 2 promotional materials and comic designs were created. In collaboration with camping equipment stores and retail stores, 6 advocacy events on high-pressure containers and waste dry batteries were conducted. Acrylic boards featuring promotional posters were installed in Sanchong and Zhonghe districts to assist regional teams in conducting public awareness campaigns.
