The items of this project have been completely conducted. The key summary of the project results including as follow: focusing on the strategic analysis and promotion of 8th key strategy "Resource Recycling and Zero Waste" as the core, conducting the related standards of local and international recycling product verification and relevant information collection. In order to promote resource recycling and reuse, the "Guidelines for Quality Control and Quality Verification of Reused Products" and "Guidelines for Company’s Zero Waste Management of Resource Circulation" were put forward, which were revised after discussions and trials at the special advisory committee, to assist the industry in strengthening the quality system control of reused products in the factory. Meanwhile, green design processes can add the value of recycled products and resource productivity. In addition, with regard to the possible impacts of promoting "Resource Recycling and Zero Waste", have proposed an evaluated procedure for "Just Transformation" to reduce the subsequent impacts and facilitate the promotion of policies related to resource recycling.
On the other hand, with reference to global trends and related promotion methods, the recommendations of various groups of the "Renewable Resources Recycling and Recycling Promotion Committee" are compiled to provide reference for promoting improved practices in key projects. Regarding the management work related to the " Resource Cycle and Carbon Reduction Research Plan for Net Zero Emissions", have summarized the implementation results and management assessment work from the first to third quarters of 2023, organized forums and exchange the highlight results of the plan and opinions from technology needers. With the technology development exchanges, review the completeness and rationality of subsequent technology development plans, and summarize possible carbon reduction and environmental benefit contributions. At the same time, it has assisted in completing the revision of the opinions on the plan for 2024 and submitted the overall description of the plan for 2025 to facilitate the sustainable promotion of the multi-year technology research plan.
In terms of comprehensive the development achievements of the 12th Sustainable Development Goals, the 2022 annual report and self-inspection report have completed the confirmation of the achievement of various indicators and have conducted special consultations on lagging indicators and formulated recommendations in progress. In addition, establish environmental disclosure standards for domestic ESG reporting in the future, have compiled evaluation items for domestic and global institutions and put forward project recommendations for resource cycle-related indicators. The results will be discussion and inclusion with Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in future disclosure projects to attain the goal of Responsible Consumption and Production.
