The implementation period of "Chiayi County Environmental Protection Bureau's 2012 Quality Public Toilet and Beautiful Environment Promotion Plan" is from February 8, 2020 to November 30, 2020. The project funding is NT$100,000. In addition to the project leader, the project participants also include 1 project project manager and 4 project engineers, a total of 6 project personnel. The summary of implementation results is as follows:
1. An inventory of the accuracy of the data on the county’s documented and managed public toilets (1,469 seats) was completed in the first quarter, and was submitted by letter on April 7, 2012 after the Environmental Protection Department’s Eco-Life (Green Network) updated the information. 2. The evaluation operation has been carried out since May 1, 2020, and a total of 1,425 public toilets have been evaluated, including 1,370 premium grade toilets, 24 excellent grade toilets, 3 ordinary grade toilets, and 4 ordinary grade toilets. There are 24 buildings that cannot be evaluated as they have not been decommissioned or have not been built yet.
3. Carry out random inspections of public toilets in the county, with 510 seats in the first quarter, 774 seats in the second quarter, 1,615 seats in the third quarter, and 1,240 seats in the fourth quarter, and complete the filing and management of public toilet inspection records before the 10th of each month. 4. Implementation of the county's subsidized public toilet maintenance over the years. 6. Conduct random re-inspections of empty houses and vacant lots (12 sites) of the Central Ministry every quarter.
