112年度「優質公廁及美質環境推動計畫」經常門計畫(嘉義縣)

中文摘要 嘉義縣環境保護局辦理「112年度優質公廁及美質環境推動計畫」,其主要目的為配合環境部(前行政院環境保護署)針對公廁建檔系統轉換,進行轄內建檔公廁進行巡檢、評鑑及盤點作業,另為因應天災後環境復原,進行轄內中央部會空屋空地抽複查作業,並藉由辦理公廁清掃學習、登革熱孳生源清除培訓說明會、戒檳班及環境衛生相關宣導活動等提升整體環境整潔,透過本計畫各項工作內容之推動執行,希望能讓嘉義縣環境衛生相關成果再向上提升。 「嘉義縣環境保護局112年度優質公廁及美質環境推動計畫」執行期程自112年2月8日起至112年11月30日止,計畫經費為新台幣參佰萬元整,計畫參與人員除計畫主持人外,另包含專案計畫經理1位、計畫工程師4位共6位計畫人員,執行成果摘要如下: 一、 於第1季完成本縣建檔列管公廁(1,469座)資料正確性盤點,並於環保署Eco-Life(綠網)進行資訊更新作業後於112年4月7日函文提送環保局備查。 二、 自112年5月1日起執行評鑑作業,完成公廁評鑑數共計1,425座,特優級計1,370座、優等級24座、普通級3座、普通級以下4座,以及因施工未函文辦理停用或尚未興建故無法評鑑24座。 三、 執行本縣公廁抽查巡檢作業,第一季510座次、第二季774座次、第三季1,615座次、第四季1,240座次,並完成每月10日前完成建檔列管公廁巡查記錄至Eco-Life(綠網)系統內。 四、 執行本縣歷年補助公廁維護轄內受補助公廁140座中,共有138座達特優級,另有2座因週邊施工,已於112年10月函文申請停用。 五、 辦理2場次公廁清掃學習活動:5月29日於大同國小針對學校老師及學生及9月27日佐登妮絲城堡針對嘉義縣重點巡查公廁管理人員或清潔人員,2場共計100人。 六、 每季辦理中央部會空屋空地(12處)抽複查作業,因南部地區登革熱肆虐,配合中央政策112年10月起中央部會列管空屋空地及工地抽複查作業頻率調整每週至少1次,計畫期間共計5處解除列管,僅剩列管7處空屋空地及工地。 七、 辦理登革熱孳生源清除培訓說明會 2場次,宣導防治病媒蚊知識推廣與登革熱孳生源之清除觀念,4月27日上、下午分別於嘉義縣環保局及中埔鄉公所,合計85人參與 八、 辦理戒檳班1場次針對檳榔的危害性進行宣導於6月13日嘉義縣環保局,共計35人參與。 九、 辦理環境衛生(犬便、菸蒂等)相關宣導活動3場次,於6月17日鹿滿客家文化園區結合嘉義縣家犬貓三合一免費絕育活動,透過互動式問答方式宣導犬便不留地的重要性,共計36人參與;於6月27日至7月17日辦理「全嘉遛狗 撿便無礙」狗便網路宣導抽獎活動,共計112位民眾參與,邀請環保局長擔任主抽人,並錄製宣導短影片;於7月23日辦理「淨擊嘉園 絕地反攻」宣導活動針對嘉義縣環境教育志工於縣治特區內進行環境大健檢,期許民眾能將愛護嘉園之熱情轉換成行動力,以減少環境髒亂熱點,共計45人參與,以上活動皆提供相關環保新聞稿共計24則。 十、 配合環境部今年辦理全國績優公廁評比活動,積極輔導後推薦本縣轄內「東水道公廁」參與評比,經專家學者實地考評,榮獲112年地方政府南區組觀光遊憩組績優公廁之殊榮。 經由本計畫的推行將使得嘉義縣優質公廁及美質環境推動工作成果達到預期目標,使嘉義縣建構優質公廁、形塑優質如廁文化,以改善環境衛生,提升觀光產業,進而提升台灣的國際形象。

112th Annual "Quality Public Toilet and Beautiful Environment Promotion Plan" Regular Door Project (Chiayi County)

英文摘要 The Chiayi County Environmental Protection Bureau handles the "112th Annual Quality Public Toilets and Beautiful Environment Promotion Plan". The summary of implementation results is as follows: 1. An inventory of the accuracy of the data on the county’s documented and managed public toilets (1,469 seats) was completed in the first quarter, and was submitted by letter on April 7, 2012 after the Environmental Protection Department’s Eco-Life (Green Network) updated the information.
