112-113年環境污染執法管理系統群維護及支援決策計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度各工作項目執行主要成果如下： 一、 維持環境污染執法管理系統群正常運作 針對使用者在系統使用上或因應業務流程調整所之反應問題，提供平台予使用者交流反映，並完成需求項目與系統功能修正，維持系統正常使用及業務能順利進行。 二、 優化環境污染執法管理系統群功能 本計畫執行年度已完成戴奧辛檢驗案件綜合資訊模組、稽查告發率統計分析模組、跨階段作業之進程時間統計分析模組、建構特定專案查處模組及刑事專區案件統計模組。 三、 輔導與意見交流 本計畫執行年度辦理完成2場次系統管理員會議，依據交流後所得出之問題結論，進行處理情形列管與後續處理狀況追蹤。除辦理2場次線上系統增修功能操作使用說明會外，並協助南投縣、化學署及彰化縣辦理完成共計4場次系統操作教育訓練，以提升作業效率及正確性。 上述各項工作的執行除了依合約要求來辦理之外，本計畫更秉持著好要更好的服務精神，盡量在各工作項目上滿足各方要求，讓使用者與管理者都能享受到系統所帶來的便利。 | ||

Project on Maintaining the Environmental Enforcement Management System Groups and Decision-making Support (2023–2024)
| 英文摘要 | The achievements of this year’s project are summarized as follows: 1. Ensure the Smooth Operation of the Environmental Enforcement Management System (EEMS) Groups This project addressed user feedback related to system usage and adjustments caused by changes in operational processes. A platform was created to facilitate communication and feedback sharing, allowing this project team to promptly implement necessary updates and improvements. These efforts ensured the system’s continuous operation and uninterrupted workflow. 2. Enhance the Features of EEMS Groups In 2024, this project successfully developed several key modules, including a comprehensive information module for dioxin inspection cases, a statistical analysis module for inspection and prosecution rates, a progress-tracking module for multi-phase operations, a dedicated investigation module for specific projects, and a criminal case statistics module. 3. Provide Support and Facilitating Feedback Exchange This project organized two system administrator meetings to discuss and resolve critical issues, documenting and tracking each for follow-up. In addition to two online sessions that explained new system features, this project conducted four system training workshops for Nantou County, the Chemicals Administration, and Changhua County, aimed at improving operational efficiency and accuracy. Beyond fulfilling contractual obligations, this project consistently aimed for excellence in service, striving to meet the needs of all stakeholders and ensuring that both users and administrators can enjoy the full benefits of the system. | ||
