This project has completed various tasks, including organizing three educational training sessions and one seminar. The effectiveness of these activities has been analyzed through pre- and post-event surveys. Additionally, ongoing efforts have been made to update the Ministry of Environment Public Nuisance Disputes System and enhance information security.
New features, such as the ability to share webpage content on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Line, have been added. Information about the agency's social media accounts is now provided on the homepage. The project has also accomplished the renewal of website certificates and the upgrade of server platform operating systems.
Throughout the year, there has been continuous assistance in compiling and updating statistical presentation materials related to Public Nuisance Disputes. Legal consultations and responses regarding environmental pollution laws were provided in accordance with the Ministry of Environment requests. This includes one case related to the legal effectiveness of environmental protection agreements, resulting in the completion of four legal opinions and explanatory responses.
Furthermore, the project collected three domestic and four international pollution cases and 30 daily news reports of environmental pollution issues. These data have been updated in the Ministry of Environment Public Nuisance Disputes System. Graphic and textual information related to Public Nuisance Disputes has been provided for the "Legal documents ready, assistance channels easily accessible" infographic, along with social media copy. Electronic files have been provided for Ministry of Environment keeping.
