To improve the resource recycling management system and improve resource recycling, the recycling and processing system is strengthened by investigating information related to price changes of resource recycling and using management and economic tools.
The other aspect involves keeping track of marine waste recycling, labelling application information areas, connecting the industrial chain, creating regulations for plastic container usage that align with international trends, establishing hierarchical management and inspection mechanisms, and finally making plans to handle waste glass containers (glass and sand).
Through this project, mixed and decomposed recycled pellets are used to promote resource management and recycling, improve recycling efficiency, and promote resource recycling.
Relevant achievements of this project include:
1.Compile the information submitted by the executive agencies of each county and city and compare it with other information, including recycling and processing industry operation statistical reports, environmental protection bureau inspection and visit price information, etc., through the recycling industry in the North, Central, South and East Districts and The accuracy and completeness of the average purchase price of self-employed individuals and the monthly collection and compilation of flows to sales objects are analyzed to analyze the flow ecological chain and review market operations.
2.Analyze the flow distribution and recycling rate of waste containers, waste paper and scrap iron, as well as the collection and analysis of waste container purchase price information, and observe the changes in recycling and removal costs. The plastic container project has fallen due to the decline in international petrochemical raw material prices, and chemical materials such as: ethylene, propylene is still in oversupply, resulting in a drop in raw material prices, and the price of recycled materials from waste plastic containers is also affected by this. The recycled materials after processing of non-plastic container projects (except iron and aluminum cans) cannot maintain the quality of new materials, and their resource value is not Therefore, most processing companies maintain the minimum purchase price from legal processing companies to recycling companies.
3.Completed the sampling and testing of 36 pieces of attached moisture content and attached impurity rate. Based on the sampling and testing data from 101 to 112 years, the changing trends were observed. The scrapped PET soy sauce containers were tested for the first time this year. The test results of the other items are all in Within the range of change.
4.Recommendations for enhancing the sustainability of the eco-friendly pricing scheme for containers include: Incorporating recycled materials into the manufacturing process and implementing environmentally conscious design principles in product development. Moreover, besides establishing pipelines for the removal of recycled materials, there is an opportunity to enhance the purity of recycled materials and minimize waste. A collaborative discussion session was organized to explore the "Green Rate Planning Content for Recyclable Containers," featuring a symposium that brought together experts, scholars, and industry professionals. The focus of the symposium was on the "Green Rate Verification Service for the Utilization of Recycled Materials in Plastic Containers Intended for Food Storage," aimed at gathering diverse perspectives from various sectors.
5.We have collected international environmental protection labels, relevant verification of recycled products, and analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign marine waste labels, and put forward suggestions for revision of key points in promoting Recycled Marine Debris Product Label; By holding a symposium on marine waste recycling, we will promote and increase the willingness of industry operators to apply for the label. Two companies have completed the acquisition of marine waste labeled products. The information area of the " Recycled Marine Debris Product Label Information Zone" has been continuously updated, and a plan for product classification management and supporting measures for subsidized organizations has been developed.
6.Compile information on the reuse of PET reconstituted ester pellets for manufacturing food and non-food container packaging domestically and internationally. Evaluate the reuse status of different recycled materials produced by PET container packaging and processing plants, which involves analyzing the quantities and percentages of reuse by each recycling facility and the types of reused products for each recycled material category. Propose recommendations and measures for furthering the reuse of PET materials.
7.Through matchmaking, a subsidy organization has been engaged to grind approximately 3,300 metric tons of waste glass containers into glass sand with a particle size of 4mm or less. The reclaimed glass sand is then given to a company that specializes in landscaping and construction materials to make high-pressure floor tiles, landscape materials, and other products that meet the demands of both construction entities and buyers. Additionally, we organized an event titled "Demonstration and Exchange Seminar on the Application of Recycled Glass (Sand) in Glass Container Production" to facilitate the sharing of experiences and operational demonstrations.
