In order to implement national environmental education, the Ministry of Environment focuses on continuing to take root and incorporate issues of social concern. It adopts the method of formulating annual themes to promote various tasks and plans environmental education training and guidelines. It combines various professional courses and organizes experiential activities to Establish an environmental education community network; connect downwards with local governments, schools, civil society groups, communities, environmental primary schools, environmental education facilities, environmental education institutions, etc. to expand communication and empowerment opportunities among groups, develop partnerships and scale, and invite All walks of life participate in environmental issues, respond to the themes of environmental festivals such as Earth Day and World Environment Day, work with the government to promote environmental education, expand the level, breadth and scale of environmental education promotion, and overall enhance the public's knowledge, skills, attitudes and values of environmental protection, and join in the protection Earth ranks.
In line with the annual theme of the Ministry of Environment, Hsinchu County's main implementation tasks for the 113th annual environmental education project include: 1. Innovative and distinctive plans to coordinate with the environmental season and other environmental education-related activities; 2. Guidance on the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 19 of the Environmental Education Law Review and work plans related to the "Deadline Processing" in Article 24; 3. Environmental training plan; 4. Environmental education volunteer training and utilization plan; 5. Environmental knowledge competition local administrative support plan; 6. National Environmental Journal ( Volunteer) Workers’ Heroes Association local administrative support plan; 7. Environmental education picture book selection and promotion plan, etc. The relevant implementation status is explained below.
