The 2024 “Authorized Environmental Analysis Organization Management Services Project” was commenced for the National Environmental Research Academy. The accreditation works of quality system and testing techniques of applied items for both new-setup and in-operation environmental analytical and local motive analytical laboratories, which had been arranged based on the “Management Regulations of Environmental Analysis Organization” and the “Management Regulations of the Motor Vehicle Emissions and Noise testing organizations”. These accrediting works included laboratory quality management system accrediting, testing techniques accrediting (in-lab instrumentation and in-field sampling), and proficiency tests (in-lab and in-field). After these accrediting works had been done, the Technical Assessment Committee evaluated the records of these auditing works and made the final decision of approval of the application of new-setup or/and in-operation laboratories. There were 139 cases of documentation evaluation, 410 cases of testing (in-lab and in-field), 3,205 cases of proficiency testing (in-lab), 2 cases of Technical Assessment Committee and on-site assessment members seminars, 2 cases of assessment members and authorized environmental analysis organization seminars, 1 cases of environmental training had been evaluated and 10 Technical Assessment Committee meetings, 2 cases of internal audits, 3 documents of revised standard operating procedures up to December 18th.
