臺南市-113 年度南區水污染事件緊急應變民間機構協力處理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 一、於水污染事件發生現場提供支援人力，依環境部水污染事件緊急應變處理作業要點應變程級支援專業諮詢及除污人力。 二、協助環保局建立水污染緊急應變通報系統，當污染事件發生時能於第一時間將人力及除污器材載運至現場，以期將污染控制於最小範圍。 三、為增加各單位人員對清理油污之機具、設備、材料使用熟悉度及加強各單位間清理油污之協調及默契等因素，須辦理例行性之演練，演練 除以假設河川污染狀況之處理應變作業外，主要以參與演練人員操作各種除污設備為演練重點。 四、透過本計畫以掌握各項水污染除污器材之數量、保存狀況及相關維護情形，並提供定期檢查、器材及人員清單。 五、藉由辦理水污染相關訓練，讓第 1 線人員能熟悉除污器材之使用之方法，並訓練各單位人員對相關資料之調查及分析。 | ||
