113年廢電子電器及資訊物品影像智慧辨識導入暨結合物聯網設備評估計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本案為延續112年計畫，已持續辦理判讀作業導入及擴充平台功能，並結合物聯網設備，使智慧科技辨識回收廢棄物稽核與認證作業更加完善。因此本計畫已完成廢電子電器及資訊物品CCTV影像判讀作業，於113年6月正式導入，並固定每月與稽核認證團體召開月會討論與檢討判讀情況。同時針對2家受補貼機構進行自主管理的概念性驗證作業，並評估既有CCTV智慧影像辨識作業平台改以邊緣運算取代現行之集中式運算之優劣。另擴充攝錄影像有無斷訊/模糊及攝影角度偏移之偵測，於11月完成2家受補貼機構鏡頭測試偏移之測試。除此之外，結合物聯網設備完成廢冰箱回收處理計量之辨識技術開發作業。期許藉由辨識技術，輔助稽核認證團體之查核作業，降低作業量與提升作業效率。 | ||

The 2024 Project for Introducing Intelligent Image Recognition for Electronic Waste Recycling, Combined with IoT Device Evaluation
| 英文摘要 | This project continues the 2023 initiative, focusing on the implementation of interpretation operations and platform functionality expansion. It also integrates IoT devices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of smart technology in auditing and certifying recycled waste. This transition aims to enhance the intelligent image recognition and verification system for recycling waste electronic appliances, making it more comprehensive and efficient. As of June 2024, we have officially integrated the new system, Image Interpretation via CCTV for Electronic Waste Recycling into the project. At the same time, we engaged two subsidized institutions to validate the conceptual operations and substitute Edge Computing for Centralized Computing, with the goal of gathering additional data for comparative analysis. Furthermore, in November, we completed the evaluation of two subsidized institutions regarding issues related to lens deviation, connection signal strength, and image clarity. Additionally, leveraging IoT integration, we have finalized the development of recognition technology for measuring and processing recycled refrigerators. This advanced technology is expected to assist auditing and certification entities by reducing workload and enhancing processing efficiency. | ||
