113年度環保法規技師簽證查核案件品質提升專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 「113年度環保法規技師簽證查核案件品質提升專案工作計畫」年度目標為提升環境保護技師簽證品質、環境保護技師專業知能及維運環工技師簽證相關網頁及系統。在查核庶務及各項會議部分，舉辦提升技師簽證品質相關會議5場、精進提升簽證技師品質策略暨環境工程技師簽證服務資訊網功能交流會議3場、簽證技師查核教育訓練1場、協助辦理各項技師簽證案件之查核、會議、資料彙整及諮詢等工作，其中書面查核作業52件、現場查作業23件、查核點數確認會議8場，錄製9小時提升技師簽證品質之數位教材，編撰「強化環工技師簽證責任可行性研析報告書」、「專業技師責任規範彙整報告書」、「環境保護技師相關判例及解釋函彙編」等3本報告書，召開5場工作進度會議，以檢討執行進度及內容，出席相關會議及活動，並製作會議紀錄及回覆辦理情形；在維運資訊系統工作部分，持續辦理環工技師簽證相關網頁及系統維運工作、辦理技師管理資訊系統維護及更新、軟硬體升級與資安檢查，架構重整、汰換老舊程式及元件、網頁介接資料等，以利相關人員使用。 本年度目標的實現，不僅提升了環工技師的專業能力與簽證品質，還優化了網頁系統功能，為未來的環保技師簽證工作之優良品質，奠定了堅實的基礎。 | ||

2024 Project Work for Improving the Quality of the Review of Environmental Regulations Engineer Certification Cases.
| 英文摘要 | The "2024 Project Work for Improving the Quality of the Review of Environmental Regulations Engineer Certification Cases " aims to enhance the quality of professional environmental protection engineer certifications, improve the professional knowledge of environmental protection engineers, and maintain the related web pages and systems for environmental engineering certification. The annual objectives include organizing five meetings related to improving certification quality, three strategy and information exchange meetings, and one educational training session for certification engineer audits. The project also involves assisting in various tasks such as audits, meetings, data compilation, and consultations for engineer certification cases, including 52 document audits, 23 on-site audits, and eight audit mission point confirmation meetings. Additionally, nine hours of digital teaching materials will be recorded to improve certification quality, and three reports were compiled: "Feasibility Study Report on Strengthening the Responsibility of Environmental Engineering Certification Engineers," "Compilation Report on Professional Engineer Responsibility Regulations," and "Compilation of Relevant Cases and Interpretations of Environmental Protection Engineers." Five work progress meetings were held to review the implementation progress and content. The project also includes attending relevant meetings and activities, producing meeting records, and providing feedback on the handling situation. In terms of maintaining the information system, the project involved continuous maintenance of the web pages and systems related to environmental engineering certification, updated the engineer management information system, upgraded software and hardware, and conducted information system security checks. Achieved these goals, were enhance the professional capabilities and certification quality of environmental engineers and optimized the functionality of the web system, laying a solid foundation for future high-quality certification work. | ||
