Analyzed global and domestic net-zero technology development strategies, focusing on the circular economy sectors of plastics, textiles, and construction. Through the GRB system, we reviewed the past seven years of related technological projects (341 projects in total), categorizing them by sector, materials used, product output, and application types. Conducted interviews with ten experts across the fields of plastics, textiles, construction, and green design to compile the current status of technology development in Taiwan's circular economy for these sectors.
Formulated the '2026-2029 Resource Recycling Net-Zero Technology Diffusion and Application Plan,' which concentrates on the development pathways of net-zero technologies in plastics, textiles, construction, and strategic circular economy projects. Organized expert consultation meetings for strategic planning and cross-departmental coordination, reaching consensus on future cooperative projects to enhance industry-wide resource recycling.
Implemented performance management tasks for the overarching project plan, supporting the 'Net-Zero Emission – Resource Recycling and Carbon Reduction Technology Plan' by completing quarterly GSTP report compilations and submissions, as well as conducting the 2025 annual review and revision processes. Held midterm review meetings, workshops, and resource recycling technology seminars to foster project team awareness of performance management principles, explore the concrete carbon reduction contributions of resource recycling, and dynamically review project budget allocations.
Designed the exclusive platform architecture for the 'Resource Recycling Innovation and R&D Plan,' including website sections for: 1. Information Platform – information disclosure; 2. Project Application System – channels for project applications; 3. Information Platform Maintenance Backend – overall site management and operations, segregating information disclosure (frontend) and information management (backend). Additionally, completed planning for the project application management system, covering project management and approvals, member access, and related services.
