臺南市-113年臺南市水污染源科學稽查與水污染防治費徵收查核計畫暨事業增訂氨氮放流水限值稽查管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 一、輔導事業及污水下水道系統使列管業者了解水污染防治法相關規定並按時完成定檢申報。 二、 落實水污染稽查工作，降低本市各流域河川污染惡化情形及改善河川水質狀況，並杜絕非法污染源排放，以減少民眾陳情事件發生，並減輕環境負荷，達成環境部指定重點整治河川中關鍵測站嚴重污染河段改善為中度污染，中度污染河段改善為輕度污染。 三、 運用水污染源科學稽查儀器設備及蒐證系統尋找水污染源，有效打擊非法業者，並實際驗證各項科學儀器應用於水污染稽查管制之實用性及合適性，提昇稽查技術及效率。 四、 協助水污染防治費徵收、查核及催補繳作業。 五、 推動工廠及事業水污染防治設施功能及排放管、排放水管理監控。 六、 執行工業區及列管事業水污染源稽查採樣工作或水污染陳情案件追蹤，並查緝非法排放違法情事。 七、 辦理暗管查緝及封除作業。 八、 建置水質即時監測系統，提前防止污染擴散，協助業者了解並提升其廢水處理設備效能，減少污染源產生。 九、 協助輔導氨氮加嚴列管事業及污水下水道系統之業者了解水污染防治法相關規定。 十、 檢討三爺溪放流水加嚴總量管制推動成效。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | 1. Guiding businesses and sewage and sewer systems to enable management operators to understand the relevant provisions of the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Act and complete regular inspection declarations on time. 2. Implement water pollution inspections, reduce the deterioration of river pollution in various river basins of the city, improve river water quality, and eliminate illegal discharges from pollution sources, so as to reduce the occurrence of public complaints, reduce the environmental load, and achieve the key rectification tasks in rivers designated by the Ministry of Environment. Severely polluted river sections at key measuring stations were improved to moderate pollution, and moderately polluted river sections were improved to lightly polluted. 3. Use scientific water pollution source inspection equipment and evidence collection systems to find sources of water pollution, effectively crack down on illegal operators, and actually verify the practicability and appropriateness of various scientific instruments in water pollution inspection and control to improve inspection technology and efficiency. 4. Assist in the collection, verification and payment reminder of water pollution prevention and control fees. 5. Promote the functions of water pollution prevention and control facilities in factories and institutions and the management and monitoring of discharge pipes and discharged water. 6. Carry out inspection and sampling of water pollution sources in industrial zones and listed enterprises or track water pollution cases, and investigate illegal discharges. 7. Handle the investigation and sealing of hidden pipes. 8.
