This project has consolidated environmental background information of various watersheds in Taoyuan City and Changhua County. Utilizing the irrigation areas and irrigation systems of the Irrigation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, to evaluate pollution potential levels priority control orders for enterprises and suggestions for water quality monitoring station locations in high-pollution potential areas were proposed.
Developing the implementation process of the intelligent fencing monitoring system, including the selection of water pollution hotspots, installation of multi-tier intelligent fencing, autonomous enterprise management and tracking control, and the formulation of three main categories and five types of implementation plans. Relevant cases and outcomes of intelligent fencing initiatives by environmental protection agencies were compiled, along with the specifications and costs of various intelligent monitoring devices, serving as references for implementing these plans.
An intelligent fencing system platform for water pollution hotspots has been established. The platform is capable of receiving water quality sensor data, providing comprehensive water quality analysis, and supporting regional governance. It integrates five key functionalities: water quality monitoring management, enterprise self-management, rationality analysis, geographic information systems, and system administration. In addition, principles and methodologies for verifying the rationality of wastewater treatment facility operations have been developed, enabling a thorough evaluation of enterprises' pollution potential levels. Moreover, an instructional video showcasing the features and functionalities of the intelligent fencing system platform has been completed.
Assisted in organizing three meetings, including Expert and Scholar Consultation on Principles for Checking Rationality of Wastewater Treatment Facility Operations, Enterprise Service Integrity Platform Symposium, and Consensus Workshop on Engineer Certification for Water Pollution Permits and Soil Documents.
