廢塑料智慧化自動分選暨智能回收技術平台計畫(第二年)
中文摘要 | 因應全球塑膠公約在2024年底定案,終結塑膠完整生命週期所產生的污染,配合國內外淨零排放趨勢與政策,建構國內塑膠資源循環模式。依Ellen MacArthur基金會分析,全球每年約生產7,800萬公噸塑膠包裝材料,經使用後(多數僅使用一次),54%被處理(40%垃圾掩埋場,14%焚化爐),32%進入自然環境中,僅14%進入了回收體系,其中僅170萬噸(2%)回到原來塑膠包裝應用體系中。歐洲、美國開始課徵塑料包裝稅,稅率約從每公斤8.4~28.4台幣不等,強化塑膠包裝的回收。 國內塑膠包裝分選主要以瓶罐容器為主,缺乏非容器類包材分類及再利用技術,因包材種類多,雜質率高,現有分類技術,成本高,分類純度不足,影響廠商投入意願。為了解決這個因素,本計畫開發低成本、高精準自動分類及再生應用技術,建置包材自動智慧分選系統,並與廠商合作,規劃分類示範場域,來串接後端再利用業者,實現包材分類及再利用技術落地實施。 | ||

Project for the Development of an Automatic and Smart Sorting Technology Platform for Waste Plastics Recycling
英文摘要 | In response to the Global Plastics Treaty being finalized by the end of 2024, it will end the pollution caused by the complete life cycle of plastics. Our country connect with global net-zero emission trends and policies to build a domestic plastic resource recycling model. According to analysis by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, approximately 78 million metric tons of plastic packaging materials are produced globally every year. After use (most of which are only used once), 54% are disposed of (40% landfills, 14% incinerators), and 32% enter the natural environment. Of these, only 14% entered the recycling system, of which only 1.7 million tons (2%) returned to the original plastic packaging application system. Europe and the United States have begun to levy plastic packaging taxes, with tax rates ranging from approximately NT$8.4 to NT$28.4 per kilogram, to strengthen the recycling of plastic packaging. Domestic plastic packaging sorting is mainly based on bottles and containers. There is a lack of non-container packaging material classification and reuse technology. Currently, there are many types of packaging wastes and high impurity rates, the sorting technology has high costs and insufficient sorting purity, which affects manufacturer investment. In order to solve the issues, this project develops low-cost, high-precision automatic sorting and recycling application technology, builds an automatic smart sorting system for packaging materials. We cooperate with manufacturers to plan smart sorting demonstration sites to connect back-end reuse industries. It will realize the implementation of packaging waste sorting and reuse technology. | ||
