This project has successfully completed various tasks, including organizing three educational training sessions and one seminar. The effectiveness of these events was assessed through pre- and post-surveys. Additionally, ongoing efforts have focused on updating the Public Nuisance Dispute Resolution Information System and strengthening information security. The project also updated and confirmed various sampling methods of the National Environmental Research Institute, added new features, including contact details (phone numbers and email addresses), to facilitate system consultations and feedback, and improved the system interface layout and function categorization to enhance overall user experience.
Throughout the year, the project has consistently assisted in compiling and updating statistical presentation materials relevant to public nuisance dispute operations. It has also provided one legal opinion in response to requests from the Ministry of Environment. This includes analyzing legal adjustments to the procedures for resolving public nuisance disputes and evidence collection, culminating in the delivery of five legal opinions and explanatory responses.
Furthermore, the project collected one domestic and one international public nuisance case, incorporating the data into the Public Nuisance Dispute Resolution Information System. Two sets of graphic and textual materials on public nuisance disputes were also created: the first, "Four Steps to Self-Protect in Public Nuisance Disputes," and the second, "Guidelines for Reporting Public Nuisance Incidents and Preserving Evidence," presented as informational leaflets for public dissemination. Electronic files have been provided for use in public nuisance dispute advocacy.
