The tasks of this project were all carried out as scheduled throughout the project term, from January 4, 2024, to November 30, 2024, achieving 100% of the overall progress. The main tasks included the analysis and screening of key management water pollution potential areas in the central region; contamination analysis and potential object selection; strengthening and implementing the water pollution permit system; improving business management capabilities and ensuring legal compliance; and conducting in-depth factory inspections of potential pollution sources, among other activities. 10 firms undergone such check, 15 firms permit compliance census, 8 firms retention permit compliance census.. With the permit quality review and the deficiencies of permit compliance census on the 50 firms and the deficiencies in in-depth inspections at 10 plants summarized, we held on exchange meetings on water pollution control experience in all 3 events, totally 228 persons.
Meantime, we held on Two exchange meetings on regional environmental pollution cases inspection experience (attended by 61 persons and 53 persons), Through the District Procuratorate's experience exchange in investigating group and cross-regional environmental crime cases and the sharing of scientific and technological case handling results, the effectiveness of investigating environmental crimes will be improved.
