The aim of the project is to renew the EPA Environmental Dispute Identification Technology Information System Web Site. The web address is http://ww2.epa.gov.tw/justice/. The web site was accomplished on 1999. Which included Dispute Identification Technology System, Dispute Cases Record System, Mediators Search System, Justice Cases Research System. The Dispute Identification has the spectrum of agriculture, fishery, human health search system, this year adds 3S technology introduction.
One of the project aims is redesigning the web style to provide the on-people a better view and easy direction. The Dispute Identification Technology System is modified into e-book providing field people more convenient tool to pinpoint the target and narrow down to answer.
The Dispute Cases System is upgraded to transfer seasonal report and emergency report from epbs via the web. Through the web all the data are unified and instant for all viewers.
The expert system is divided onto 3 functions for different roles. The mediators information upgrade is under epbs# territory, the experts and justice people update function is under EPA#s territory. The on-line people can search the update mediators# information.
The project integrates the justice cases search through the web.
The training programs were held in this project, which helped all the epbs# people operate the web system and fully know the function very well.
