The purpose of this plan is to operate and maintain the Solid Waste Export Report System. This system was established in year 2001. This year, we continue to join this system with the Waste Control Center’s system and maintain its report data. We also emphasize on consultation with local environmental bureau and affected businesses/enterprises. The plan content is as the following:1.Maintain and audit report data and produce report table periodically.2.Establish professional consultation window for the system.3.Assist administrative work on local/foreign applicants’ application.4.Update the system function in need of the environmental related agency and offer any relevant report, table, or chart.5.Hold training session and symposium for the system.6.The reporting web page shall be Chinese-English version. The database shall be compatible or transferable to the MS-ACCESS. The system shall have statistic analysis, report/table/chart production, error checking, data copy reservation, and file data maintenance …etc. The system shall be operated in the EPA hardware environment and its future planning shall be based on the current hardware and software that EPA has (The system developing platform and tool are NT Server, VB6.0, SQL7.0, ASP (Active Server Pages), and IIS). The original program code, complete user manual, system maintenance manual, and other necessary documents shall be offered upon the request. This system shall finally join with the Waste Control Center’s system.
A professional engineer shall be in charge of previously mentioned work tasks and stay in the Environmental Protection Administration to perform these tasks.
