In corresponding to the minus effects to our environment with vibration, Environmental Protection Administration (Hereinafter EPA) drafted “Vibration Regulation Law” in 1988. The main purpose of this project is making the ordinances of this law. Also introduce the theory of vibration and the effects, such like physical phenomenon, varieties and effects of mental and physical. Indicate the estimation of vibration acceleration, vibration level and standard of vibration meter, measure period, measure place, method and so on. The project set up those estimation models of road, MRT, railway, construction site, and measures to meet vibration sources, transferring passage, vibration reception. After practical measurement of the environmental vibration of bridge way, high way, railway, MRT, industry area, construction site and living business mixture buildings, this project suggests a list of regulation targets and regulation sequence. Based on the collected data, environmental surveys and analytical induce, can assist EPA to settle down the ordinances of Vibration Regulation Law and countermeasures for the first stage.
