九十二年度重大（或突發性）公害糾紛事件鑑定調查

中文摘要 對於重大（或突發性）大面積或特殊地形等污染公害，如以傳統地面調查的方式進行，每每費時耗工，難以通盤掌握及詳細查估。為確定污染物出處及影響範圍，與了解當地整體環境狀況，並迅速蒐集並保全相關證據，本計畫主要目標為： 1. 持續進行遙測資料於突發公害污染事件資料之獲取，及加強蒐證作業程序至少四次。 2. 遙控採樣及監測船與稽查單位之業務配合及推廣。 3. 機動及固定調查蒐證系統之建立。 4. 國外先進遙測科技於環境調查及監測之資料收集及整理研析。 5. 加強與推廣環保有關人員對遙測技術專案知識及資料應用之推廣，以有效應用遙測科技搜證調查。

The Investigation and Examination for Severe and Instant Polluted Events

英文摘要 It is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task to perform ground investigation when a large-scale pollution happens. In order to locate the spread areas of the pollution, this study integrates spatial data collection and processing technologies to help monitor the polluted areas. There are five objectives: 1. Use remote sensing technologies to collect the polluted evidence at least four cases 2. Promote unmanned boat to enhance monitoring missions of locate EPA 3. Establish the evidence collecting systems on the mobile and stationary basis. 4. Collect information about the recent development of remote sensing technologies applied to environmental monitoring in foreign countries 5. Coordinate the training courses for regional and local EPA personnel.
