套裝中水回收利用系統開發

中文摘要 本計畫分二階段執行。第一階段工作為實驗室之實驗測試創新設計之單元功能,第二階段則實際設置小型套裝式中水回收利用系統,比較實驗組和對照組之系統處理功能,並調查民眾對生活污水回收再利用的接受度及其可行性評估。 第一階段工作之最適分解層設計參數,是以田口式實驗設計方式,設計七組可能參數組合,然後再根據實驗結果,進一步篩選出最佳設計參數。將實驗結果以JMP軟體分析,得到最佳分解層之設計參數為孔徑:0.8cm,高度:10%。其中發現,未設置分解層之槽體,少數固體沉澱,大部份則浮於水面上形成浮渣層。反之,設置分解層者,浮渣則被分解層所抑制,而使浮渣得以浸泡於水裡,進而促進其軟化分解。另外,針對繞流板及三相分離板之設計,將實驗設計分成:空槽、空槽+繞流板以及空槽+繞流板+三相分離板等三組,以追蹤劑進行導電度短流實驗,一次注入適量之追蹤劑,然後於出水口取樣檢測導電度,得到濃度與時間之關係圖,並依據公式計算其平均停留時間。結果顯示,三組實驗之平均停留時間與理論停留時間誤差小於3%。所以,三者均無短流現象。並且,設置繞流板及三相分離板,可使流體流況近似柱塞流,使大部份廢水之流出時間接近於其理論停留時間。 第二階段工作內容,依據實驗室實驗結果及質量平衡計算、功能計算,設計套裝式中水回收利用系統。並設置實驗組和對照組,進行污水連續運轉測試及單元功能測試。比較實驗組及對照組二組之處理效果,其中,二者放流水之BOD5、SS濃度均可達10ppm以下。其次,設置分解層可有效抑制浮渣產生,並進而促進浮渣沈澱分解。但是,對於BOD5、SS則無明顯的處理功效。反之,未設置分解層,則浮渣浮於水面上且浮渣與空氣接觸表面會漸漸失去水份而產生硬化的現象。設置繞流板及三相分離板者,其BOD5、SS去除率可達50%,而對照組則只有25%。

The demonstration study of the household sewage treatment system

英文摘要 The optimum parameters of the scum avoided layer selection are arranged by Taguchi Arrays. Seven designs of experiment were chosen. After the first screening stage, based on the results, the optimum parameter was selected from Fig4.1 the scum weight contour line which graphs by the JMP software. For further consideration, the scum avoided layer would hold the scum under the board which could improve the organic matter dissolved. Besides, three tracer experiments are set up. Pouring into the tracer in the tank for detecting the outlet tracer conductivity and then calculate the average detention time. All the three deviations of results are less than 3%, so there is no short-circuiting in the three sets. The hydraulic behavior is similar to plug flow in the unit which is added with the round-the-end boards and the cross boards. Most of sewage stayed in the unit until the detention time. The scope of work for the phase II is designed based on a logic procedure that has been applied in many of the sewage treatment field. Both of technical issue and application investigation are addressed. Other than the hardware construction, the system’s treatment ability study and application investigation of the sewage treatment system will be conducted during phase II so that a feasible work plan for the sewage reuse demonstration project can be submitted. There two systems are constructed based on the phase I results and balance equations. One is called as the checking set, the other is a comparison set. For the technical issue, the continuous sewage running test and system capability test are proceeding. The outlet BOD5、SS concentration for each system is less than 10ppm after a few days. There is little scum in the checking system, but the comparison one with more scum on the surface. The scum would become hard after a period of time in the comparison system. The BOD5、SS concentration will be 50% of the influent sewage after the round-the-end board and cross board in the checking system, but the comparison system is only 25% after unit I treatment.
