| 中文摘要 | 本計畫執行時間於2003年3月6日至2003年12月31日，計畫的主要工作重點為： 密切與環保署聯繫，確切進行校驗實驗室校驗系統之操作，務求各不起眼的問題均被重視與解決。 詳實記錄儀器操作狀況，經反覆測試後，期望建立可信度高的校驗程序。 收集國外資訊，建立國際聯繫管道，瞭解並參與國際輻射儀器比對。 密切注意紫外線指數預測系統的操作與維護狀態，並配合環保署電腦更新進度，進行系統移轉。 持續進行預報成效分析與預報改善。 本年度計畫執行成效： 全面進行現場輻射計校驗，使之達到三級工作標準之水平。 建立可靠之儀器校驗系統與品保系統。 建立紫外線指數監測與預報系統之環保署內網頁查詢系統。 維持與提升紫外線指數預報系統之有效性與可靠性。 利用紫外線監測之分析資料，提供作為預報模式方程式係數修正之應用。 | ||

Operation and Maintenance of UVICL and Maintenance of UV-Index Forecasting System
| 英文摘要 | This project is executed between March 6, 2003 ro December 31, 2003. Main tasks are: Close contact with EPA to exeute the calibration task; Detailed recording of instrument operation output to set up reliable calibrartion procedure; Collect international information; Maintenance of UVI forecasting system; Analysis of forecasting results. In all, following results are obtained: Calibate of all on-site UVI instrument to maintain a third-level working standard; Set up a reliable calibration system and QA/QC operational procedure; Set up a web page to check the UVI monitoring and forcasting; Maintain the reliability of UVI forecasting syste; Up-date regularly the forecasting parameters based on observational data. | ||
