This study is a continuation of last year’s project “Study of Environmental Pollution Prevention Management Informational System after Natural Disaster”. The goal is to accomplish the planning of waste management system and to set up electronic announcement information system after natural disaster. The major focus of this year is to modify the information system and announcement SOP. By holding interpretation meetings, training courses and simulation excerises, we tried to lead the environmental bureau of every county in Taiwan to use the information system. Substituting the traditional announcement way by Internet improve the announcement speed and accelerate the data analysis.
This report consisted of six chapters. Chapter 1 described the objects of this project including the major work and schedule to be completed. Chapter 2 described the result of the modification of waste management system and SOP of announcement. Chapter 3 listed the opinions to the information system from local environmental bureaus and the modification results of the information system. Chapter 4 was the details of interpretation meetings, training courses and simulation excerises. Chapter 5 explained the modification results of dicission supporting system. Chapter 6 is the concluding remarks.
