新增及新設責任業者清查暨登記申報繳費輔導管理作業計畫
| 中文摘要 | 修正公告「應由製造、輸入業者負責回收、清除、 處理之物品或其容器及應負回收、清除、處理責任之業者範圍」內容增列取得藥品許可證之藥酒容器、增列其他各類平板容器及以平板製成之分離式容器蓋子及增列裝填特定物品之容器。 本計畫整體作業成果新增列管業者為470家(超過本計畫契約規定70家)；新設立列管業者為465家(超過本計畫契約規定65家)，合計超過本計畫契約規定135家，而其中也達到了916家本計畫輔導業者採取網路申報作業(佔本計畫總輔導業者家數935家之97.97％)，已達本計畫要求目標。 因應本計畫之宣導及所須辦理之說明會及輔導作業，而陸續完成編製政令宣導資料，包含相關之資訊彙編、作業手冊、折頁、法規彙編、問答集、宣導光碟、專刊，以及提供業者服務性質之環保袋，藉由這些相關的政令宣導資料於說明會、輔導作業及其他宣導管道之發放。 輔導人員採取直接至該業者之作業場所，依照標準作業流程完成業者之輔導作業。本年度也辦理十場次之說明會，藉由說明會上之資源回收政策之宣導及網路申報方式之教學，以幫助新增新設責任業者完成整體申報作業，達成本計畫之目的。 | ||
