公告指定容器類責任業者營業(進口)量相關帳籍憑證查核計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本專案計畫目標預計完成５００家業者之查核，本期末報告查核內容涵括受查業者５０２家，其中計有２４１家受查業者有短漏報之情形，短漏報家數佔受查應繳費家數約４８．０１％，短漏金額計新台幣 ２４３，３３５，５７３元，益本比為１２．２９倍，計畫目標益本比為１０倍，本所已達成計畫目標之１２２．９０％。 本計畫執行以查核小組豐富的查核經驗，針對未依規定誠實申報業者，強化營業量查核稽催作業，以最迅速、最有效率方式提供環保署未依規定誠實申報業者名單以執行公權力，提升資源回收基金稽徵成效，並維持產業競爭之公平性，業績已達到本計畫目標。 為使業者能正確申報營業量，本計畫採多管道的宣導資源回收相關政策，並製作宣導手冊贈送業者，輔導公告指定責任業者依法辦理業者登記、誠實申報營業量並繳交回收清除處理費。 針對涉及短漏申報繳費情形嚴重的業者，配合環保署執行列管責任業者的營業量駐廠查核作業，此次駐廠查核共２３家，查獲短漏申報營業量業者計１８家，應補繳納回收清除處理費達１２９，５８７，３２８元。 | ||
