垃圾衛生掩埋場工程品質及營運督導成效計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫94度主要執行項目為至環保署指定之施工中衛生掩埋場執行查核工作，除了研擬一般廢棄物衛生掩埋場工程施工查核之作業流程及表單外，並邀請2人具有掩埋場工程專長之專家或學者（應為公共工程委員會「工程品質查核小組」成員或環保署推薦公共工程委員會查核委員並接受相關講習）至環保署所指定10場施工中掩埋場進行檢核作業(包括初核及複核)，並進行相關工程材料檢驗工作【混凝土抗壓強度（含鑽心取樣）5處、不透水布（抗拉強度、撕裂強度及厚度）5處、土方壓實度5處、混凝土氯離子含量檢測5處】；至環保署所指定垃圾場進行下列採樣飛灰固化物或底渣掩埋場垃圾滲出水檢測25場次25個樣品，滲出水處理廠放流水水質檢測20廠次20個樣品，掩埋場地下水採樣25場次計50個樣品，掩埋場飛灰固化物或底渣25樣品分析工作。彙整前項查核結果對施工中掩埋場就工程主辦機關、技術服務廠商與承包商分級予以查核量化。 | ||

Evaluation Project of Construction Quality and Operational Management of the Sanitary Landfill.
| 英文摘要 | he main objective of this project is to evaluate the construction quality and operation management of sanitary landfill. After evaluation, the imperfection founded is analyzed and the method of related improvement . Seventy-five landfill sites at construction stage were evaluated and all of them were rated. There are forty-one sites identified as A class and thirty-four sites as B class , respectively .The major problems include poor quality control, lack of examination report, etc. | ||
