94年度輔導全國執行機關加強辦理資源回收專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要為協助環保署於94年度中輔導全國執行機關辦理資源回收工作、資源回收績效考核作業，以及「94年度補助直轄市、縣(市)環保局辦理垃圾減量、資源回收工作補助事宜」、「資源回收形象改造計畫及輔導作業」等，以期達成資源回收工作永續經營目標。 「94年度全國執行機關加強辦理資源回收工作輔導暨考核計畫」，第一組特優等為台中市，優等為台北市、台南市，甲等為基隆市、新竹市，第二組特優等為高雄縣，優等為台中縣、桃園縣，甲等為彰化縣、台北縣，第三組特優等為宜蘭縣，優等為澎湖縣、花蓮縣，甲等為南投縣、苗栗縣、新竹縣。最佳進步獎為雲林縣及金門縣。 本計畫亦延續資源回收形象改造精神及目標協助辦理相關輔導及資料收集彙整作業，因94年度為形象改造計畫執行重點期間，故各縣市環保局針對此一工作項目皆有具體成果展現，回收商部分：環保局輔導回收商進行外牆彩繪美化、廠區內外動線調整以融入當地景觀。個體業者部分：環保局提供個體業者安全性機具設備，包括反光背心、安全帽、手推車、三輪車等，以提昇個體業者進行撿拾作業的安全性。社區部分：由社區大樓管委會或民眾自發性進行社區形象改造，包括社區資源回收物貯存區之彩繪及改善等。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | “Project for Assisting the Exeutive Agencies of This Country in Reinforcing Resource Recycling，2005” that project is mainly for assisting EPA in implementing the “Plan for Accelerating the Executive Agencies of This Country to Intensify the Assistance and Performance Evaluation of Resource Recycling “and the “Principles of Subsidizing the Environmental Protection Bureaus of Special Municipalities and Counties (cities) for Carrying out the plan for Reducing Garbage Volume and Resource Recycling for the Year 2004” in hope to reach the goal of permanent operation of resource recycling. Based on the “Plan for Accelerating the Executive Agencies of Resource Recycling,” the results of performance evaluation on the executive agencies of this country in resource recycling in 2005 have been announced . The top one in first section is Taichung City, classy city are Taipei City and Tainan City,the grade-A City are Keelung City and Tainan City、Hsinchu City；The top one in second section is Kaohsung County ,classy County are Taichung County and Taoyan County,the grade-A County are ChangHua County and Taipei County；the top one in third section is Ilan County , classy County are Penghu County and Hualien County ,the grade-A County are Nantou County ,Miaoli County and Hsinchu County.
