生活污水污染源頭減量宣導及社區專用污水下水道系統操作管理評比輔導計畫
| 中文摘要 | 生活污水污染量佔台灣地區水污染來源40﹪，尤其都市周圍河川生活污染量達50﹪以上，遠超過工業廢水。為減少生活污水污染，除加速公共污水下水道建設，亦推動源頭減量及提昇管末處理，以減少生活污水污染。 為提高全民參與源頭減量意願，本計畫藉由宣導活動，建立民眾正確認知與觀念，提供民眾在日常生活中，污水及污染減量之方法及技巧。因此，本計畫編製生活污水污染源頭減量種子成員訓練教材，舉辦8場次「生活污水污染減量種子訓練研習會」，發送1,500冊訓練教材，並完成源頭減量宣導執行架構規劃及建立種子成員聯絡網，供環保機關運用參考。 為擴大源頭減量宣導，計辦理17場次宣導會，並透過地方有線電視台、電視牆、各類車站電視及公益頻道等21處，播放生活污水污染減量宣導影帶，總計播出次數達294,844次。 另外，為瞭解社區污水處理設施是否正常運轉，本年度首次辦理社區專用污水下水道評比活動。本計畫擬定完整評比辦法、程序及作業表單，並邀請環保機關與社區管理委員會等，辦理3場次說明會，說明本活動目的及辦法。經過評比遴選出2名優等及9名甲等表現良好社區，加以表揚與獎勵。對操作方面有問題與缺失之社區，亦將提供專業解決對策，輔導其導入正常操作。 | ||

Domestic Sewage Source Reduction Disseminate and Community Sewage Treatment System Operating and Managing Evaluation Project.
| 英文摘要 | Domestic sewage consists 40% of major sources of water pollution in Taiwan. Particularly, sewage from urban area is count as large as 50% over the industrial sewage. The most effective way to resolve the household wastewater problem is to speed up the construction of public sewage treatment systems. Moreover, advocating the concept of source reduction to the public and advancing the treatment efficiency from end-of-pipe systems are particularly advantageous to mitigate the current pollution by domestic sewage. To resolve the problems, this project has planned the way of advertising to build up the correct public concepts can be used to reduce domestic sewage from daily lives. Therefore, the project has composed some training materials for the seeds and held eight seminars, meanwhile to send out 1,500 books of training material. In addition, the project has established the framework of disseminate and the seeds connecting website to provide the environmental authorities as reference. In order to promote the source reduction idea, the project so far has held 17 seminars and board casting in all 294,844 times of the wastewater reduction video e through cable television stations, TV walls, public welfare channels and televisions in bus stations…etc and its total 21 places. Moreover, in order to understand how the sewage treatment facilities work, the project has designed the competition on sewage treatment system operating and managing evaluation among selected communities. So far, the project has held 3 symposiums and invited local environmental authorities and local community board members to attend on explained whole evaluation methods and process. As the results the competition brings 2 first-rate and 9 grade-A communities and award them as encouragement. On the other hand, for those did not gain the award and had operational problem on their sewage treatment system, they received consultation and the best solution method for normalize their sewage system. | ||
