This project is aimed at the TAF accreditation for the QA laboratory of the EPA. The main consultant items include the self-traceable evaluation for the O3 SRP of NIST, traceable verification for the O3 photometer, traceable evaluation for the high-flow Roots meter, traceable verification for the orifice meter, traceable evaluation for the Gilibrator bubble-meter, traceable verification for the Gilibrator bubble-meter and traceable certificate for the EPA protocol gas. All of the technical document will meet the requirement of the accreditation of the ISO 17025.
In the period of the execution of the project, we will help and consult with the QA laboratory to complete the quality-management document of the laboratory, measurement system validation procedure and instrument calibration technique for the test and calibration of the measurement system and meet the requirement for the application of the TAF accreditation. At the same time we arrange some training courses to assure all of the relative participant of the laboratory that they can realize the professional technique of the uncertainty evaluation of the measurement system and quality management of the laboratory.
Finally we will supply the training certificate and technique report of the measurement system to the QA laboratory for the application of the TAF accreditation.
