Pingtung County has governed 136 gas stations, on the aspect of installation of gas recovering equipment, 21 gas stations didn’t install it in the beginning of the plan (March 2006), however, 10 of them have installed it after tutored for 8 months, now, there are 125 gas stations to install gas recovering equipment; however, there are still 11 gas stations that have not yet finished the installation, of which 2 stations have been shut down, so, the establishment rate is about 93.3%.The 123 operating gas stations have installed total 728 sets of refueling machine for gas recovering equipment. The statistics of oil gun including the installed and operating oil gun of gas recovering equipment, due to decline in operation, competition in the same line and decentralization of clients, the operating oil guns are different from that of the designed. At present, the maximum oil guns installed are No.95 unleaded gasoline are 1013 sets, About 570000 kilolitre of gasoline are sold by oil gun equipped with gas recovering equipment. Pingtung County has installed gas recovering system for 125 gas stations. VOCs drainages of gas station, as calculated according to the database of the fixed pollution source, are 179.01 metric ton. In addition, 11 gas stations have not installed gas recovering system, their drainages are 18.01 metric ton, so, the gross VOCs drainages of gas stations of Pingtung County in fiscal year of 2006 are 197.02 metric ton.In the fiscal year of 2006, this planning has totally tutored 10 gas stations to install gas recovering system, VOCs reduction of gas station, as calculated according to the database of the fixed pollution source, are 30.80 metric ton.
