提升預鑄式建築物污水處理設施管理成效（第二年）計畫
| 中文摘要 | 研擬提升生活污水削減成效整體規劃，包括推動生活污水源頭減量措施、落實建築物污水處理設施操作與管理、健全社區專用污水下水道系統操作與管理制度、加強公有污水處理設施處理效能及特定地區污水處理設施營造等。並完成預鑄式建築物污水處理設施管理宣導設計稿。 完成60場次建築物污水處理設施安裝使用調查，顯示大多數皆無依照規範進行安裝。建議將設施安裝列入建築物勘驗項目之ㄧ或建立安裝過程影像記錄提供審查。 實際驗證三種經審定登記之預鑄式建築物污水處理設施之處理功能(共4個設施)，依實際驗證結果，檢討分析「建築物污水處理設施設計技術規範」，提出設施規格化建議，提出放流水標準修正建議。 完成建築物污水處理設施製造、安裝、操作維護證照制度研擬，參考日本、韓國執行方式，建議建築物所有人、使用人或管理人務必定期維護及檢查建築物污水處理設施，並提出「建築物污水處理設施清理及維護管理辦法（草案）」。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | To improve the pollution of municipal sewage wastewater, including promote the source decrement of municipal sewage wastewater, improve the building sewage treatment facilities to operate and manage, complete community's sewage sewer system operation and management system, strengthen the treatment facilities of public sewer and specific area sewage treatment facilities to build etc.. Accomplished the investigation 60 sessions building sewage treatment facilities installing and using, show that the great majority had not been all installed according to the norm. Proved actually that three kinds are through authorizing the treatment function of the pre-casting building sewage treatment facilities in advance registered (amount of 4 facilities), in accordance with proved result , making a self-criticism and analysis of ' building sewage treatment facilities design the technical criteria, propose facilities standardize the suggestion to make a self-criticism, offer the suggestion of “Effluent Standards”. Finished study about the certificate regulations draft of the building sewage treatment facilities in making, installing, operating and maintaining, consulted implementation of procedure in Japan and Korea. Proposed the building owner, user people, caretaker to maintain and check the building sewage treatment facilities regularly, , propose“the building sewage treatment facilities to clear up and maintain Measure Management Regulations (the draft)”. | ||
