Information collection from advanced countries, discussion about which material should be under control from the five chemical materials, including Perfluorooctane Sulfonate, Hexabromobiphenyl, Kepone, 1,2,4,5-Tetrachlorobenzene, 1,3,5-Trichlorobenzene, and their toxic categorization. To assist Environmental Protection Administration in declaration on relevant administrant assessment, toxic consult committee, research and consult committee and public hearing on chemical materials like Di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate, Di-n-octyl phthalate, Nonylphenol Polyethoxylates, Asbestos, and Chromated Copper Arsenate. To manage the business of deletion, preservation or combination of the practicable purposes of 5 declared and controlled materials, which are Chromated Copper Arsenate, Formaldehyde, Mercury, Benzene and Carbon Disulfide. To complete the project on reduction of Carbon Tetrachloride(84%), Mercury, Asbestos, and Benzene. Collect relevant regulations of usage control and the management information of relevant chemical materials from the advanced countries. Assess the relevant measures of controlling toxic substances. Modify the “Operating Principles of screening toxic chemical substances” and renting the toxic information databank like Chemical Industrial Databank. All the performance mentioned above is confirmed by the internal examination council held by internal quality control examination committee which is made up by experts in Taiwan.
