96年度「環保罰款催繳管理系統功能提昇暨維護管理」專案工作計畫﹝第2年﹞

中文摘要 本年度為延續去年「環保罰款催繳管理系統功能提昇暨維護管理」專案工作之第2年度計畫,而本年度主要工作除了接續去年的新系統開發建置之外,更需加強與各業務處系統的介接與系統推廣等2項重點工作項目。 為避免使用者重複建置稽查資料,與各業務處系統的介接工作皆採用Web-service資料交換機制來進行,使用者將稽查處分等資料建置於EEMS內,再透過資料交換機制將資料傳回各業務處系統,如此各業務系統之統計分析功能方可持續運作,而Web-service程式撰寫工作,除本團隊需負責資料匯出端的程式之外,各業務系統需負責資料匯入接收端的程式撰寫,如此資料交換機制才能順利運作。 而系統推廣工作則包含了教育訓練的辦理、各縣市環保局、總隊與三大隊到場輔導與教育訓練,更協助其他資訊系統辦理相關系統操作的教育訓練,總計共進行了多達近60場次的教育訓練,此外本團隊亦提供電話教學與諮詢的服務,以求盡快的解決使用者在操作上的問題,進而達到系統推廣之目的。 本年度除了上述重點工作之外,也因應使用者的需求進行了許多系統功能新增與問題調整的工作,各項工作成果詳細說明請參閱本報告書各章節內容。

Effiency Upgrade and System Maintenance Management of the Environmental Protection Penalty Follow-Up Management System 2007

英文摘要 To continue the second year project of the “Efficiency Upgrade and System Maintenance Management of the Environmental Protection Penalty Follow-Up Management System” starting last year, in this year, the major task of this project is to develop newly addition of the function, reinforcing the system connection with each relevant department system, and promote system use. To avoid users repetitively build up auditing information in the system, Web-service data exchange is going on in the connection of the systems running by each independent department. Users key-in the data like inspection and enforcement citation in the EEMS, and then transfer the data back into the systems running by each department through data exchange mechanism. Meanwhile, the systems running by each department still continue their works like statistic analysis. In order to smoothly operate the data exchange mechanism, the Web-service programming like data sent-out is created by the project carrier while the data transfer-in is carried out by the systems themselves. The promotion of using this system includes the following tasks like training session holding, on-site training for local environmental protection bureau, the Bureau of Environmental Inspection and its other three subordinates (Northern Branch, Central Branch, and Southern Branch). Other training sessions for other relevant system use are also held, nearly there were 60 training sessions held. The project carriers also offer the telephone consulting service to make the users become more and quicker familiar with the system use. In this year, except the tasks mentioned above, the project carrier also completed other tasks like system function addition and adjustment based on the user demand.
