重型柴油車、柴油小客車及SUV車排放戴奧辛污染測試調查
| 中文摘要 | 油品以NIEA R404.21C 方法檢測油品中氯含量，無鉛汽油(包含95及98無鉛汽油)及超級柴油氯含量分別為312 ppm及272 ppm。以ASTM D4929方法進行氯含量複檢，無鉛汽油及超級柴油之有機氯含量分別為0.440 ppm及0.330 ppm。無鉛汽油單環、雙環、多環及總芳香烴含量分別為30.9%、0.826%、ND及31.7%，超級柴油單環、雙環、多環及總芳香烴含量分別為24.9%、2.13%、0.116%及27.1%。超級柴油總芳香烴含量現行法規標準為35wt%，樣品符合比例為98.2%。車輛排放廢氣中PCDD/Fs之濃度，SUV車、柴小客車、重型柴油車及機械腳踏車排放廢氣中之PCDD/Fs濃度分別為0.0553、0.0417、0.145及0.0591 ng I-TEQ/Nm3。即車輛PCDD/Fs排放濃度其範圍介於0.00943~0.234 ng I-TEQ/Nm3之間。車輛排放廢氣中PCDD/Fs之排放係數方面，SUV車、柴小客車、重型柴油車及機械腳踏車排放廢氣中之PCDD/Fs排放係數分別為0.113、0.105、1.86及0.0831 ng I-TEQ/km。即車輛PCDD/Fs排放係數其範圍介於0.0267~2.91 ng I-TEQ/km之間。汽油車污染測試，污染排放控制系統在耐久保證以內，超過9成以上合乎新車審驗的法規規範，而超過耐久保證之汽油車，仍有8成合乎新車審驗的法規規範。柴油車排煙測試方面，二期及三期車分別有56%及96%符合柴油車使用中排放煙度規範。黑煙及NOx排放狀況，二期車分別約為三期車的2倍及1.4倍。 | ||

PCDD/F emission from the exhaust gases of the heavy-duty, diesel passenger and SUV vehicles
| 英文摘要 | For using method NIEA R404.21C, the obtained average chlorine content in gasoline and diesel is 312 ppm and 272 ppm, respectively, while for using ASTM D4929, the obtained average organic chlorine content in gasoline and diesel is 0.440 ppm and 0.330 ppm, respectively. The content of one, two, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and total PAHs in gasoline is 30.9%, 0.826%, ND and 31.7%, respectively, while in diesel is 24.9%, 2.13%, 0.116% and 27.1%, respectively. The PCDD/Fs concentrations in the exhaust gases of SUV, diesel vehicles, heavy-duty diesel vehicles and motorcycles are 0.0553, 0.0417, 0.145 and 0.0591 ng I-TEQ/Nm3, respectively. The PCDD/F emission factors from SUV, diesel vehicles, heavy-duty diesel vehicles and motorcycles are 0.113, 0.105, 1.86 and 0.0831 ng I-TEQ/km, respectively. The used periods of the second-period vehicles ranged at 8-14 years and it will resulted in the less precise results on the smoke analysis and NOx measurement when the vehicles were tested in the vehicle test stations. | ||
