新竹縣豆子埔溪自然淨化工程規劃暨細部設計計畫

中文摘要 位於新竹縣境內的豆子埔溪隨著高速鐵路的通車帶動竹北的繁榮,使竹北市都市人口逐漸密集致不斷增加生活污水量,目前下水道系統尚未完成興建,生活污水自各排水渠道直接流入豆子埔溪,導致豆子埔溪之污染負荷逐漸增加,產生之污染及惡臭情況常為附近居民所詬病。 本計畫選定自儒林橋至吳濁流橋間950公尺河段進行河水水質淨化設施之規劃設計,經調查結果顯示此河段以生活污水為主要污染源,其生化需氧量、氨氮及總磷濃度值偏高,且偶爾會排出油脂類污水。污染來源主要來自於翰林橋上游豆子埔溪右岸文平路與吳濁流路交叉路底的排放口污水,及翰林橋下方左岸兩處排放口之排放污水總水量為2480 CMD,另計畫引進400 CMD河水與部分污水混合,因此,計畫處理總設計容量為2880 CMD。 設計處理水量共2880 CMD分別進入各系統處理。經前處理、礫間接觸及人工濕地淨化後依豆子埔溪左右兩岸及翰林橋上下游共分四區出流水,其水質分別為: (1) 右岸上游:BOD = 15.9 mg/L、SS = 14.6 mg/L、NH3-N = 14.9 mg/L (2) 右岸下游:BOD = 20.7 mg/L、SS = 18.0 mg/L、NH3-N = 16.0 mg/L (3) 左岸上游:BOD = 14.9 mg/L、SS = 3.0 mg/L、NH3-N = 16.9 mg/L (4) 左岸下游:BOD = 23.7 mg/L、SS = 5.0 mg/L、NH3-N = 19.1 mg/L 在總污染削減量的設計方面,總污染削減量為BOD5 60.5公斤/天(約22.1公噸/年),SS為73.3公斤/天(約26.8公噸/年),氨氮削減量為16.5公斤/天(約6.0公噸/年)。 經完成細部設計規劃後預估之工程預算總經費為58,951,405元。

Design of the Ecological Water Purifying Systems for Dou-Zi-Pu River in Xin-Zhu County

英文摘要 Taiwan High Speed Rail has flourished the business and made the population in ChuBei grow up fast, which results to the increase in the discharge of municipal wastewater in the Dou-Zi-Pu River in Xin-Zhu County. Before the sewer system is in operation, municipal wastewater is discharged into Dou-Zi-Pu River directly. In order to decrease the pollution loading and odor of the Dou-Zi-Pu River was enhanced, ecological water purifying system is considered. The project had chosen the 950-meter between the Ru-Lin Bridge and the Wu-Zhou-Liu Bridge in Dou-Zi-Pu River to be the site for the water purifying system. Water analysis shows that the main pollutant source in this area is the municipal wastewater, which comes from the sewage discharges from Wen-Ping Road, Wu-Zhou-Liu Road, and under the Han-Lin Bridge. The total amount of sewage discharge is 2480 CMD. To ensure the gravel oxidation beds can function properly, 400 CMD water is designed to drawn from the Dou-Zi-Pu River and to mix with some of sewage. So the designed total water flow rate is 2880 CMD. 2880 CMD municipal wastewater will pass the pretreatment processes, gravel oxidation bed and wetland. The water quality of the treated water are: (1) Right side upper the river:BOD = 15.9 mg/L、SS = 14.6 mg/L、NH3-N = 14.9 mg/L (2) Right side down the river:BOD = 20.7 mg/L、SS = 18.0 mg/L、NH3-N = 16.0 mg/L (3) Left side upper the river:BOD = 14.9 mg/L、SS = 3.0 mg/L、NH3-N = 16.9 mg/L (4) Left side down the river:BOD = 23.7 mg/L、SS = 5.0 mg/L、NH3-N = 19.1 mg/L Total amount of reduction of discharged is 60.5 kg/day (22.1 ton/yr) of BOD5, 73.3 kg/day (26.8 ton/yr) of SS, and 16.5 kg/day (6.0 ton/yr) of NH3-N. The budget for the construction and maintenance is about $58,951,405 NT dollars.
