整合空氣監測資訊平台及開發動態展示系統專案計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要工作為進行整合空氣品質監測資訊平台、豐富網站內容,並開發多樣化的即時空氣品質動態資料查詢系統,以強化空氣品質監測系統功能、提升系統可用率。 在整合空氣品質監測資訊平台、豐富網站內容方面,新一代網站可自動切換語系,即使不熟悉中文的人士,也能使用空品資訊。網站內容重新規劃調整,利用Google地圖取代過去以靜態台灣地圖圖檔,顯示全國空氣品質現況,可進一步顯示測站測值及地理資訊關係。本計畫並同時完成紫外線監測網整合,及儀器資料網頁內容的美化和增加FLASH動畫,來豐富測站與儀器的介紹。除了環保署管理的全國空氣品質監測網測站之外,本計畫建立了整合了縣市政府的空氣監測站資訊的系統架構,本階段已完成台北市(6站)及高雄市(5站)的即時資訊整合並納入及網站展示系統。 在開發多樣化的即時空氣品質動態資料查詢系統方面,在Web2.0資訊分享的觀念下,建立開放的資料服務模式,如開發空氣品質資料服務工具、行動資料庫及網路服務,以多樣化的方式分享讓空氣品質資訊。此外,開發即時測站影像系統及新一代的等值濃度圖系統,提供彈性化及生動的的查詢展示介面。 本計畫建立3 項空氣品質小工具,使用者可在自訂iGoogle桌面時加入小工具,不需進入空氣品質網站,即可在個人熟悉的首頁中得到空氣品質、紫外線的即時及預報資訊。而對於其他需要使用空氣品質資訊的系統,同時為其他需使用空氣品質資料的系統,建立3項空氣品質網路服務,使伺服器和伺服器之間的直接對話,提供連續的即時及歷史空氣品質資料存取服務。為提供行動使用者可即時連線及離線查詢空氣品質資料,建立空氣品質行動資料庫,透過PDA手機及3.5G/Wifi 網路,可查詢最新及近日的空氣品質資訊。此外,本計畫建立了五座即時影線系統,各測站的最新影像可同時顯示於網站,影像資料同時儲存於資料庫,與空氣品質監測資料一起顯示供使用者參考。 在系統維護上,經由資料庫維護及事件檔分析,找出資料庫系統潛在的風險,提高系統的可用率。配合今年度資料庫的主機升級作業,提供資料庫及程式移轉協助,建立網站測試平台同步測試空氣品質監測網。

Integration of Air Quality Monitoring Information Platform and Developemt of Dyamic Presentation System

英文摘要 The main work of this project is including integrated of the air quality monitoring information platform, enriched the content of the web site and developed of the diversified real-time information on the air quality system to strengthen the air quality monitoring system and enhance the availability of the system. The new generation of the Website can switch automatically between languages; even those who are not familiar with the traditional Chinese could use the air quality information Website. Through rebuilding the content of the site, We use the Google maps to replace the static image of Taiwan map, to show the current status of Taiwan air quality information and site geographic information effectively. In this plan, we also integrated the ultraviolet monitoring, embellished the instrument data Website and added the flash. Except the EPA TAQMN sites, the program set up the infrastructure to integrate local governments air quality monitoring sites, now we have done the the real-time information acquisition of Taipei City (6 sites) and Kaohsiung City (5 sites), and present in the Website. In the view point of data presentation, through Web 2.0 concept for sharing of information, establish the air quality gadgets , mobile database access and web services, to provide diverse ways of sharing information of the air quality. In addition, the development of new Air real-time image system and air quality contours system to provide flexible and fancy interface to access air quality information. The project build 3 air quality gadgets, user can customize their own Google desktop by adding the little gadgets, without visit air quality web site, user can get the information of air quality and UV in their own home page. For systems need to access air-quality information, the project set up 3 air-quality web services, direct dialogue between the servers build and provide continuously real-time and historical information of the air quality. The project to build up a mobile data access of air quality, to provide real-time and off-line query in the PDA through mobile phone network 3.5G/Wifi, user can access air quality information both real-time and in recent days. Regarding to the system maintenance , through analyze the event log and regular database maintenance, find out the potential risk to raise the availability of the system. With the upgrade new database and host, providing database and the program migration support, and build the test website to test the air quality monitoring site simultaneously.
