The accomplished targets included:1. Implementation of the environment agent on-line permit application, permit certification print out programs ; 2. Implementation of the toxic substance on-line permit application, registration, permit certification programs ;3. Update the web site( the layout, contents, web page flows..). 4. Implementation of the on-line reporting function included: toxic substance flow record program, transportation manifest on-line program, the environment agents spread record, etc… All the Web services fulfilled to provide more convenient services for the applicators and enhance the government effectiveness.
In order to provide the convenience on the application process, improve the accuracy for the inspectors, within the project , provided the web map and tour guide function , inspection evaluation system, trouble shooting instant responding function, emergency contact system , on-line analytic & calculation system. The project team redesigned the web to provide users better services and more information.
The project Provided training programs which lead pest control operators do the on-line report the pest control operation records smoothly, above all , extra 3 system operation training programs were held, to bridge the pest operators from paper record to on-line report program without difficulties.
