Ensure the quality of the stationary sources control, and maintain the most updated data. The work results will be a guideline for future goal for emission reduction. The project duration begin from 15th March, 2008 and ended 28th Feb., 2009. All work items has been completed. The results are as follows: (1). Permitting application: We issues 380 permits and achieves the contract requirement, 100% of contract work was performed. (2). Permit operation audit: 312 permits were audited; and 115 permits of minor mistakes were improved, 100% of contract work was performed. (3). Emission inventory update: The databases of 252 plants were renewed, 100% of contract work was performed. (4). Seasonal emission report review and audit: 793 plants reported their seasonal emission report, 100% of contract work was performed. (5). Air pollution fee receiving, reviewing, key-in, overdue payments collection and auditing: we helped key-in of 4,948 air pollution fee cases, and 2964 cases have been reported as final. 100% of contract work was performed. (6). We held 6 public meetings, provided 26 news letters, 3 meetings of air pollution control personnel on-job training, 100% of contract work was performed. (7).
