In order to make the domestic and foreign people know more about the
behind-the-scenes hero of Taiwan resources recycling ── Recycling Fund
Management Board. In this case of filming, New Vision Integrated
Communication Co,.Ltd. not only will shoot a seven-minute film of promoting
resource recycling but also will help record to amend “a series of films
regarding the life cycle of recycling waste — the leading chapter” -for five
minutes for the Fund Board. And we will suppress 1,000 DVD discs per each.
First of all, the content of this seven-minute film of promoting resource
recycling is primarily through the image to introduce Environmental Protection
Fund Management Board of Environmental Protection Administration(E.P.A.),
Executive Yuan, R.O.C, to show the good results from Taiwan government
funds for promoting resource recycling. The main theme for this video is to
introduce the activities of “Recycling Fund Management Board”. It shows their
basic business and business promotion (such as four-in-one resource recycling
system) and the effectiveness of multi-recycling treatment and technology and
so on. While, the Fund Board will expect to promote 10-year-achievemnt to
share these wonderful results with more people so that the people can
understand how much effort the Fund Board make for resource recycling in
Taiwan. So,Taiwan people can cooperate with it in institution. Moreover, it can
communicate the new image of higher environmental protection of Taiwan and
enhance the economic output value.
In order to make the seven-minute film reach the effectiveness of
propaganda both in domestic and abroad, we especially design two different
kinds of creative packages including domestic version and international version.
For the part of domestic version, we use the method of “story-telling” through
the drama-playing to enhance the strength of the effectiveness in the short film
to attract public attention to anticipate that the duty of Fund Board that can root
into the ordinary people. For the part of international version, in order to let the
relative foreign organizations to know more about Taiwan, and get amazing
impresssion toward the systems o of Taiwan Fund Board, we produce this film
to start from the geographical location, economic point of view, to the scientific
and technological means, step by step to let the foreigners witness “the miracle
of Taiwan environmental protection” that can make foreigner upgrade good
degree about Taiwan, and optimizes the image of Taiwan in the international.
To go forward with the present time and policy, in the part of 5-minute film
“the promotion of the life cycle of recycling waste—the leading chapter”., New
Vision Integrated Communication Co,.Ltd. give the film kind of new age with
new vitality- concerning the future policies and resource recycling of the present
of director of Environmental Protection Adminstration(E.P.A.)
Finally, " the 1,000 copies of the DVD discs of "promoting recycling brief
film" and " the brief film of promoting the life cycle of recyling waste—the
leading charpter ─can share the development of Taiwan's resource recycling
process and the outcome with more people.
