From January 01, 2008 to December 31, 2008, the project team FTIS completed 100% for the engine auditing on site of waste motor vehicle, the body clearance auditing of waste motor vehicle, and the encamp field auditing. The certified engine quantity was 95,780 cars and 163,535 motorcycles. The certified disposal quantity was87,587 cars and 146,431 motorcycles. The certified body clearance quantity was 47,734,700kg. FTIS completed the encamp field auditing in the classifying and comminuting disposal enterprises of waste motor vehicles（Green Environment Engineering Incorporation, Sun Chi Yuan E.P.T. CO., Ltd., Gi Ho Chen Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Clean Up Environment Technology Corp, Di Yi Tong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. And Clean Up Environment Technology Corp.）.The total disposal quantity was 181,159,370kg and the certified quantity was 129,108,137kg.
The operational processes auditing was divided into 6 categories: “The collection standards”, “The storage standards”, “The disposal standards”, “The subsidized qualification inspections”, “The equipment inspections”, and “The working area standards”. There were total 148 unqualified events (the number of auditing subjects was40,128times). The average unqualified rate was 0.4%. All the unqualified events above were improved immediately on site by the requests of the auditing team.
The environment safety auditing was divided into 4 categories: “The environmental protection equipment”, “The working area environment and the pollution prevention of the system”, “The fire-prevention equipment” and “The personal safety and emergency plans”. There were total 53 unqualified events (the number of auditing subjects was 30,624 times). The average unqualified rate was 0.2%. All the unqualified events above were improved immediately on site by the requests of the auditing team.
For the subsidy of waste motor vehicles for the recycling enterprises in the southern Taiwan and the classifying and comminuting disposal enterprises nationwide, total 12,751,785 NT dollars was deducted because of the unqualified events.
