96年度「環保科技育成中心計畫」-以ISO20200開發新生物分解材料測試方法

中文摘要 本計畫依據ISO 20200國際測試規範,建立實驗室測試所需之相關設備,並進行樣品實際測試,以開發建立符合此規範之測試方法與平台。計畫中是藉由已經確認可生物分解的PLA塑膠杯及對照樣品濾紙作為研究的測試樣品,並在堆肥中模擬好氧可堆肥環境的條件下,進行塑膠物質的崩解程度量測。研究結果顯示,PLA塑膠杯經過規範最長測試時間90天後分解率平均96%,並符合實驗有效性的判斷,統計分析三重覆測試對於差異性<10%之要求,重覆差異性為1.2%,總揮發性固體含量R值必須大於30%要求,R值為39%,本研究之實驗方法建立符合規範要求。利用實驗之測試方法與流程,建立實驗標準操作程序書(SOP),奠定實驗室在此規範條件下的測試品質與技術。

Develop test method for bio-degradable materials under ISO 20200

英文摘要 This project is aimed at providing with equipment and technology for composting degradation procedure which conformed to ISO 20200 test standard. Determinations of the degree of biodegradation of specimen under simulated composting conditions in a laboratory-scale test with the specimen include PLA cup and filter paper. The results shows that the PLA cup has biodegradability of 96 % average over within 90 days according to ISO 20200 test procedure. The method of composting degradation procedure for confirmation is according to validity of the test, The degrees of disintegration for the three replicates shall not differ by more than 10%, replicates is 1.2%. Decrease in volatiles-solids content in each reactor, the decrease R in total volatile-solids content between the initial synthetic waste and the compost obtained at the end of the test shall be greater than or equal to 30%, R equal 39%. The experimental equipment and Standard Operating Procedure were set down in this project that establishes the test and measurement technology following the ISO20200 procedure.
