飲用水水源水質保護區地理資訊系統整合建置及擴充維護計畫

中文摘要 為有效提升及提供國內飲用水規劃與管理的決策參考,則規劃建置「飲用水水源水質保護區地理資訊系統」並以達成下列四大目標:(1)透過ESRI Arc-IMS及Google Map等網路地理資訊,以環域(buffer)及燈號顏色變化等技術的導入,幫助國內相關單位判定及了解相關開發行為與飲用水水源水質保護區的空間關係;(2)結合PDA行動設備及預警同步技術,以利飲用水水源水質保護區的現地調查;(3)協助環保署搜集及更新4大種類共26項飲用水及自來水相關地理圖資;(4)進行台北縣、宜蘭縣、苗栗縣、嘉義縣、高雄縣、屏東縣等6縣市環保局業務作業流程訪談,以利系統功能與作業流程充分結合。

The Conformity Establishes and Expansion Maintenance Project of Drinking Water Source Protection Area Geography Information System

英文摘要 In order to elevate and provide the national drinking water plan and management for reference; therefore, the geographic information system of the drinking water source protection area was predicted to realize the following purposes. First of all, in order to help Taiwan Environmental Protection Bureaus (EPB) to confirm and understand land managed in drinking water source protection area. As a result, web geographic information system, such as ESRI Arc-IMS and Google Map, were used to integrate buffer analysis and indicator light, and then the project team established the geographic information system of the drinking water source protection area. Secondly, in order to improve Taiwan environmental protection bureaus to process the operations of onsite survey. For this reason, the mobile reporting system of national drinking water source protection area was established to combine with PDA and alerting technique. Thirdly, 4 types and 26 data of geographic information system were collected and updated for Taiwan environmental protection administration. Finally, the project team interviewed with six environmental protection bureaus, which include Taipei County, Yilan County, Miaoli County, Chiayi County, Kaohsiung County, Pingtung County, and collected their requirements for system development.
